Shipping & Return Policy


Purchasing of AccuTrans products from this site is restricted to law enforcement professionals. 
There is a $25 minimum order amount for all items purchased from this site. Shipment is FOB our facility in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. For Next Day or Two Day shipping requests, orders must be received prior to Noon Eastern Time and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Extra shipping charges will be applied to all expedited-delivery orders.

Hazardous Materials

Hazardous Materials will incur additional shipping charges and cannot be delivered on an expedited (air) basis. Hazardous materials are also not subject to return.

Claims

Shortage claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please call Ultronics Customer Service at 800-262-6262. Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours to the carrier and a claim filed by the consignee. 

Returns

Prior approval must be obtained for all returns. A Returned Material Authorization number (RMA) will be issued and must be displayed on the outside of the shipping container. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of shipment to the customer and must be prepaid. Merchandise approved and returned in an unopened/ unused condition accompanied by a copy of the invoice will be credited without penalty minus original shipping charges. Other returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on required reconditioning and/or repackaging of the product. Custom or modified products cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Warranties

Ultronics warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days after purchase date. Electro-mechanical products are warranted for a period of two years.
